# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • Everything you love about nachos but in adorable handheld form
  • The cheese stays perfectly melty instead of sliding off onto your lap
  • Customizable toppings mean everyone gets exactly what they want
02 -
  • Overfilling the cups will make toppings spill into the muffin tin and create a mess
  • Letting them cool for exactly two minutes makes removing them so much easier
  • Room temperature sour cream spreads better than cold straight from the fridge
03 -
  • Warm your tortilla chips in the oven for 3 minutes before forming the cups, they become more pliable
  • Use a small cookie scoop to portion toppings evenly and quickly
